Oxidizing Emulsion Vol.30

Soft Touch Oxidizing Emulsion volume 30 can be used both for the skin and hairs to have a natural, healthy and vibrant look that results after hair dye, bleaching, and face polishing. It is formulated to obtain a mixture of ideal consistency for maximum performance of the dyes and bleaching powders.

Oxidizing Emulsion is a new generation peroxide developer. It contains keratin conditioners and oily components to protect hair damage during the treatment of hairs and restores a natural look. Its ingredients add silkiness and shine to the hair.

Usage:

For bleaching:

Mix 2-3 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 30 with one part of bleach powder (mild)

For hair dye:

Mix 2 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 30 with one part of hair dye for lighting by 1-2 tones.

For streaking and highlighting:

Mix 2-3 parts oxidizing emulsion vol 30 with one part bleach powder (strong) and apply to streaks.

Caution:

Avoid substance contact with the eyes. In case the product comes in contact with eyes, wash immediately.
